- Develop and lead the People Engagement strategy, aligning with CELINE's mission and business priorities.
- Position People Engagement as a strategic lever for collective performance and talent retention.
- Define key priorities, milestones, and impact indicators in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Craft and implement internal communication strategies, ensuring alignment with CELINE's brand image.
- Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and digital content.
- Enhance CELINE's employer brand in collaboration with Corporate and External Communications.
- Design and execute distinctive employee experiences beyond standard HR processes.
- Oversee internal events with a focus on creative and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with External Communications, Image, and Creative teams to promote CELINE's vision.
- Directly manage a team of four, fostering a collaborative and impact-oriented work environment.
- Proven experience in internal communication, employer branding, or engagement roles, ideally within a luxury brand or creative environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to visual coherence and detail.
- Ability to design impactful experiences and events.
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit.
- Natural leadership and ability to inspire others.
- Intellectual and creative sophistication.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
