Celine Payroll and HR Administration Specialist

- Manage attendance records, identify anomalies, and request regularization and approval from managers using the Zucchetti system.
- Finalize attendance, prepare monthly variable files/documents for payroll processing, and send to external payroll consultant.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of payslips received from the external consultant with the monthly variables sent.
- Publish payslips on the Zucchetti portal.
- Send salary credit flows to the treasury (Finance).
- Handle new hires: receive hiring documents, input into Zucchetti system, print induction documents, and create and activate badges.
- Send extensions, transfers, and employment relationship transformations to the studio.
- Submit INAIL certificates for accident/professional illness reports and request confirmation from the studio.
- Manage general fringe benefits.
- Handle temporary workers: input information into the database, monitor attendance, file entries, control invoice costs, and archive.
- Manage the welfare portal.
- Respond to 7-10 ISTAT surveys annually, including the Chamber of Commerce survey.
- Prepare documents for periodic audits by the Audit Company (Finance).
- Calculate disability exemption and control the disability information report.
- Send renewal of exemption authorization and payments to the Region and Province.
- Manage third-party garnishments for employees.
- Oversee FASI and PREVINDAI for executives.
- Liaise with Previmoda (communication of enrollments, withdrawals, changes).
- Control HR invoices.
- Monitor daily absenteeism.
- Conduct headcount for management control.
- Prepare reports for the Head-Quarter in Paris.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory/administrative aspects.
- Proficiency in HR management systems (Zucchetti preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Italian, with English as a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Administration or equivalent experience in a company or consultancy firm.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
