Celine Payroll and Administrative Manager

- Manage payroll and personnel administration for European boutiques in collaboration with local service providers (Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Czech Republic).
- Support the HR Retail Europe teams with daily inquiries.
- Formalize internal procedures within the functional scope.
- Participate in various projects to harmonize payroll and personnel administration processes.
- Manage payroll and personnel administration within the French scope.
- Oversee mutual insurance and provident fund files (enrollment, option changes, file constitution).
- Monitor medical visits and social security daily allowances (IJSS).
- Update various tracking tables.
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company accords.
- Produce various reports for the Retail France scope.
- Address diverse employee inquiries.
- Contribute to ongoing projects (store openings, country launches, payroll provider changes).
- Higher education degree equivalent to BAC+2 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
- Recognized for rigor and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of three years in a similar role combining personnel administration and payroll management.
