- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction value.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up on client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Strong client book management skills.
- Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
- Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury environment, is required.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
