Part-Time Seasonal Client Advisor

CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to the LVMH group, aiming to become one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide. The company seeks enthusiastic, passionate, and agile individuals eager to thrive in a demanding environment.

1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction
3. Adhere to all company policies
4. Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
6. Maintain and expand a client book
7. Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients
8. Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image
9. Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested

1. Business School, University, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting

1. Candidates with client books strongly preferred
2. Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales
3. Passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design
4. Tech Savvy - ability to learn and utilize various software programs
5. Service orientation and customer focused
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience
