1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure implementation of all shipping/receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff with merchandise needs not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate and provide proactive solutions for merchandise maintenance and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs through the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
12. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document and track client deliveries, locating merchandise as necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory management, ideally within a luxury brand environment.

The compensation ranges from $18 to $22 hourly, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
