Celine Part-Time Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Ensure adherence to shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
- Anticipate and proactively address merchandise maintenance needs, including space and storage solutions.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Assist with visual merchandising and operations, including moving and storing fixtures, furniture, and props.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in inventory preparation and completion, including cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments in accordance with policies.
- Complete all inventory-related paperwork and procedures accurately.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Oversee client delivery processes, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document and track client deliveries, locating merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the sales floor as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury context.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
