Celine Part-Time Operations Associate

1. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
2. Support sales staff with merchandise needs from stock
3. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions
4. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed
5. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs with moving and storage
6. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair
7. Participate in inventory preparation and completion
8. Engage in inventory reconciliation process
9. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments
10. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance
11. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise
12. Manage client delivery process and troubleshoot issues
13. Document deliveries and track merchandise
14. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed

1. Business School, University, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting

Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting.

The compensation ranges from $18 - $22 hourly, depending on relevant skills and experience.
