1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies.
2. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
3. Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not displayed on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate and address merchandise maintenance needs, providing proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed.
6. Assist with visual merchandising and operations by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, and props.
7. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
8. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
9. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
10. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
11. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damages and RTVs.
12. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
13. Oversee the client delivery process, troubleshooting any delivery issues.
14. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as needed.
15. Assist other departments or on the sales floor as requested by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory management, ideally in a luxury context.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $22 hourly, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
