1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure implementation of all shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs with the moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repair.
9. Participate in the preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
12. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document all deliveries to clients and track and locate merchandise when necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably within a luxury environment.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $28-$31 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
