Celine Part-Time Client Advisor

1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Comply with all company policies.
4. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client book management skills.
2. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation.
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
4. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation ranges from $21 to $25 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
