1. Identify and implement key operational improvements to safeguard product assets and enhance store efficiency.
2. Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and optimizing processes.
3. Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training on store operating systems.
4. Lead operational projects and support store and headquarters during launches.
5. Manage stock loss targets through policy implementation and act as the primary contact for stock management.
6. Optimize stockroom operations and drive operational excellence.
7. Develop forecasting tools for accurate business planning.
8. Cultivate vendor relationships to reduce costs and enhance services.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across stores.
10. Monitor and manage all aspects of P&L to enhance store efficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. In-depth knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
4. Demonstrated commercial acumen.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proactive problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 5 years in the retail industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, is required.
