1. Identify and implement key operational improvements to protect product assets and enhance store efficiency.
2. Support the Store Manager in driving best practices and optimizing processes.
3. Develop and conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training on store operating systems.
4. Lead operational projects and support the store and headquarters during launches.
5. Manage stock loss targets by implementing new policies and procedures.
6. Optimize stockrooms and drive operational excellence.
7. Foster relationships with vendors to reduce costs and improve services.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Monitor and manage all aspects of the store's P&L to enhance cost efficiency.
10. Collaborate with the Inventory Control team to maintain accurate inventory records.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, including at least 3 years in a management position, is required.
