1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff with merchandise needs from stock.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Assist with visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
12. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Oversee the client delivery process and troubleshoot any issues.
15. Document and track client deliveries.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, preferably within the luxury sector.
