Celine Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Implement shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff with merchandise needs from stock.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Assist with visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures and props.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Oversee the client delivery process and troubleshoot any issues.
- Document and track client deliveries.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and result-driven.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
