1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement and adhere to shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs with the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
12. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Manage client delivery processes, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document and track client deliveries, locating merchandise when necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory management, ideally within a luxury context.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
