1. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
2. Support sales staff by retrieving stock not displayed on the sales floor.
3. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
4. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed.
5. Assist with visual merchandising and operational needs, including moving and storing fixtures, furniture, and props.
6. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
7. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
10. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
12. Manage the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
13. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
14. Assist other departments or on the sales floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably within a luxury environment.

Business School, University, or equivalent experience.

$18 - $25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
