1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by retrieving in-stock merchandise not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
8. Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
9. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
10. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
11. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments.
12. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
13. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
14. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
15. Document all client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
16. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn various software packages.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
