1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Implement shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by retrieving stock not on the sales floor.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operational needs with moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
9. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
10. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
11. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
12. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
13. Manage client delivery processes, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
14. Document and track client deliveries, locating merchandise as necessary.
15. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in computer software packages.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
