1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure implementation of all shipping/receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise needed from stock.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs with moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
9. Maintain an active role in inventory reconciliation processes.
10. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
11. Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
12. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
13. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting.
14. Document and track all client deliveries.
15. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
