Celine Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Implement shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an organized, clean, and secure manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed.
- Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs with the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments.
- Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Manage client delivery processes, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Social perceptiveness.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation ranges from $20 to $23 hourly, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
