1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
2. Maintain inventory in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
3. Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
4. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and offer proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
5. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
6. Assist with visual merchandising and operational needs, including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
7. Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
8. Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
9. Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
10. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
11. Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
12. Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
13. Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
14. Assist other departments or on the sales floor as requested by management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail environment, focusing on stock or inventory management, ideally within the luxury sector.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.

The compensation ranges from $19 to $22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
