Celine Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store, ensuring adherence to shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise that is in stock but not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and offer proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Assist with visual merchandising and operational needs, including the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
- Participate in the preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments according to policies.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Oversee all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the sales floor as requested by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages
A minimum of 5 years in a retail environment, focusing on stock or inventory management, ideally within the luxury sector.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
The compensation ranges from $19 to $22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
