Celine Operations Associate

- Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
- Implement shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock not on the sales floor.
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions for space and storage issues.
- Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
- Assist with visual, merchandising, and operations needs, including moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props.
- Coordinate facility and fixture maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
- Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage actively in the inventory reconciliation process.
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments as per policies.
- Complete paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
- Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
- Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
- Document client deliveries and track merchandise as necessary.
- Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.

- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury context.
Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
