1. Direct the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store.
2. Ensure implementation of all shipping and receiving policies, procedures, and directives.
3. Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
4. Support sales staff by providing merchandise needed from stock.
5. Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and provide proactive solutions to space and storage issues.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed appropriately.
7. Support visual, merchandising, and operations needs with the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, and props.
8. Participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
9. Maintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation process.
10. Manage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments as per policies.
11. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance accurately.
12. Ensure the highest standards in packaging client merchandise.
13. Manage all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing deliveries.
14. Document all deliveries to clients and track merchandise as necessary.
15. Assist other departments or on the selling floor as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury environment.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail setting focusing on stock or inventory management, ideally within a luxury brand environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
