Operations Assistant Intern

CELINE is a rapidly expanding French fashion and leather goods house, part of the LVMH group, driven by a holistic and creative project led by Hedi Slimane, its Artistic and Image Director. 1. Support Retail Operations for France & Monaco.
2. Coordinate commercial activities between Head Office functions and the retail network in France & Monaco.
3. Monitor sales and performance of each boutique.
4. Track quarterly and semi-annual incentives, compile figures for Store Managers, and communicate monthly data.
5. Participate in organizing ad hoc projects such as pop-ups and store openings.
6. Create presentations for business meetings or strategic plans.
7. Prepare and follow up on action plans and schedules based on business needs.
8. Organize network activities, including meetings.
9. Manage boutique operations to ensure high customer service standards, including uniform management and CEGID system actions.
10. Assist in-store with various tasks such as inventory, e-commerce support, and new process implementation.

1. Student in BAC+4/5 in business school or equivalent university program.
2. Specialization in fashion or luxury sector is a plus.

1. Rigorous, organized, reactive, proactive, and motivated.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and availability.
3. Passionate about fashion, dynamic, autonomous, mature, and proactive.
4. Strong proficiency in Excel.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner

Student in BAC+4/5 in business school or equivalent university program.

Internship agreement required.
