1. Assist the project manager in coordinating stakeholders for project implementation, including Retail & Omnichannel teams and central technical teams.
2. Participate in defining requirements for new features.
3. Engage in testing and validating implemented features.
4. Support regional teams in launching new applications or features and monitor their usage.
5. Create internal communication materials for partner and regional teams to ensure project understanding and tool utilization.
6. Develop and maintain training documents for regional teams, including PowerPoint presentations and videos.
7. Collaborate with regional Omnichannel and Retail teams to ensure the adoption of new features.
8. Address user challenges and ensure comprehension of the application.
9. Generate weekly reports for regional teams on application usage and performance, utilizing Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and Google Analytics.
10. Work with Business Intelligence teams to design and provide automated reporting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent with a preferred work-study schedule of 4 days in the company or 2 weeks out of 3 in the company.

2. Affinity for digital and information systems.
3. Meticulous, organized, and multitasking capabilities.
4. Fluent in French and English.

Previous experience in Retail, CRM, or e-commerce within the luxury sector is appreciated.

Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
