1. Assist the project manager in evaluating, designing, and implementing omnichannel process improvements.
2. Lead weekly meetings with regional teams to manage incidents and ensure system reliability.
3. Independently manage minor system evolutions, including requirement modeling, Jira ticket creation, development testing, and release communication.
4. Serve as a reference point for internal tools and manage the algorithm.
5. Participate in the onboarding and integration of new team members regarding omnichannel topics.
6. Assist in synchronizing key stakeholders for project implementation, including Ops teams, IS&T, and E-commerce teams.
7. Contribute to defining business needs for new functionalities, such as operational improvements and new omnichannel services.
8. Participate in testing and validating functionalities with QA and local teams.
9. Collaborate with regional teams during the launch of new functionalities, preparing and sharing training materials.
10. Assist in disseminating best omnichannel practices and updating training materials for regional operational teams.
11. Produce analytical reports on operational performance and create ad-hoc reports based on regional needs.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a preferred alternation rhythm of 4 days/5 or 2 weeks/3 in the company.
2. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly appreciated.

4. Proficiency in quantitative analysis.
5. Fluency in French and English.
