1. Assist the Omnichannel Coordinator in disseminating best practices and optimizing daily actions.
2. Work on the optimization and updating of omnichannel procedures.
3. Understand and utilize tools employed by regional teams in their daily tasks.
4. Share training materials with regions and the customer service team.
5. Contribute to testing phases of new features and launches.
6. Participate in the onboarding and integration of new team members regarding omnichannel topics.
7. Create, update, or share training materials related to omnichannel operations for regional operational teams.
8. Collaborate with regional teams during the launch of new features to ensure proper implementation.
9. Ensure the adoption of shared omnichannel procedures and identify encountered challenges.
10. Produce weekly or monthly analytical reports related to operational performance using tools like Excel, business intelligence tools, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reports.
11. Create ad hoc reports on operations or regional needs using BI, Y2, or Salesforce data.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +4/5).
2. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly appreciated.

1. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
2. Affinity for digital tools and information systems.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
4. Proficiency in numerical analysis.
5. Fluent in French and English.

Entry-level experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly valued.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
