1. Assist the Omnichannel Coordinator in evaluating, designing, and implementing omnichannel process improvements.
2. Collaborate with global business teams to understand local omnichannel operational needs and translate them into actionable features.
3. Support the dissemination of best practices and optimization of daily omnichannel operations.
4. Work on the optimization and updating of omnichannel procedures.
5. Utilize and understand tools used by regional teams in their daily tasks.
6. Share training materials with regional teams and customer service.
7. Contribute to testing phases of new features and launches.
8. Participate in onboarding new team members regarding omnichannel topics.
9. Create, update, and share training materials for regional operational teams.
10. Collaborate with regional teams during new feature launches to ensure proper implementation.
11. Ensure adoption of shared omnichannel procedures and identify challenges.
12. Produce weekly or monthly analytical reports related to operational performance using Excel, business intelligence tools, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reports.
13. Create ad hoc reports on operations or regional needs using BI, Y2, and Salesforce data.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +4/5).
2. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly valued.

2. Affinity for digital tools and information systems.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
4. Proficient in numerical analysis.
5. Fluency in French and English.

Beginner-level experience, ideally with exposure to retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
