- Assist the Omnichannel Coordinator in evaluating, designing, and implementing omnichannel process improvements.
- Collaborate with global business teams to understand local omnichannel operational needs and translate them into actionable features.
- Support the dissemination of best practices and optimization of daily omnichannel operations.
- Work on the optimization and updating of omnichannel procedures.
- Utilize and understand tools used by regional teams in their daily tasks.
- Share training materials with regional teams and customer service.
- Contribute to testing phases of new features and launches.
- Participate in onboarding new team members regarding omnichannel topics.
- Create, update, and share training materials for regional operational teams.
- Collaborate with regional teams during new feature launches to ensure proper implementation.
- Ensure adoption of shared omnichannel procedures and identify challenges.
- Produce weekly or monthly analytical reports related to operational performance using Excel, business intelligence tools, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reports.
- Create ad hoc reports on operations or regional needs using BI, Y2, and Salesforce data.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +4/5).
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Affinity for digital tools and information systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient in numerical analysis.
- Fluency in French and English.
Beginner-level experience, ideally with exposure to retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
