- Assist the Omnichannel Operations Coordinator in disseminating best practices and optimizing daily actions.
- Work on the optimization and updating of omnichannel procedures.
- Understand and utilize tools employed by regions in their daily tasks.
- Share training materials with regions and customer service.
- Contribute to testing phases of new features and launches.
- Participate in onboarding and integration of new members regarding omnichannel topics.
- Create, update, or share training materials related to omnichannel operations for regional operational teams.
- Collaborate with regional teams during new feature launches to ensure proper implementation.
- Ensure adoption of shared omnichannel procedures and identify challenges encountered.
- Produce weekly or monthly analytical reports related to operational performance using Excel, business intelligence tools, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reports.
- Create ad hoc reports on operations or to meet regional needs using BI, Y2, and Salesforce data.
- Student in a business or engineering school at a master's level (BAC + 4/5).
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors is highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Affinity for digital and information systems.
- Meticulous, organized, and multitasking profile.
- Comfortable with numerical analysis.
- Fluent in French and English.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for those familiar with retail, e-commerce, or luxury sectors.
Master's level student in business or engineering school.
