Celine Merchandising Trainee

- Assist in maintaining and generating weekly sales reports, preparing sell-through reports, and compiling seasonal qualitative collection feedback.
- Support the Merchandising team with ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Facilitate merchandising communications for stores, including weekly newsletter updates, seasonal selling tools, and product knowledge.
- Prepare competitive landscape recaps, including competitor pricing, trends, and market activities.
- Assist during seasonal Buying Markets, support premarket analysis compilation, maintain buy sheets, and perform ad-hoc analysis during market.
- Aid in transferring and consolidating products across the region and follow up on product deliveries.
- Support the Ready-to-Wear team in moving merchandise between stores for exotic caravans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Merchandising internship or a Fashion Merchandising degree. Open to MBA students pursuing Fashion Merchandising.
- 1-3 years of merchandising or sales internship experience required.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion business is a plus.
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of the overall business, capable of proposing options and solutions.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and other software for creating reports and analytics.
- Passion and sensibility for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability for independent and creative problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing tight deadlines and multitasking.
- Proficient in retail math.
1-3 years of merchandising or sales internship experience required, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Merchandising internship or a Fashion Merchandising degree. Open to MBA students pursuing Fashion Merchandising.
