1. Assist with maintaining and running weekly sales reports, preparing sell-thru reports, and compiling seasonal qualitative collection feedback.
2. Support the Merchandising team with ad-hoc analysis as required.
3. Facilitate merchandising communications for stores, including weekly newsletter updates, seasonal selling tools, and product knowledge.
4. Prepare recaps on the competitive landscape, including competitor pricing, trends, and market activities.
5. Assist the team during seasonal Buying Markets by supporting the compilation of premarket analysis, maintaining buy sheets, and performing ad-hoc analysis.
6. Aid in transferring and consolidating products across the region and assist with product deliveries.
7. Support the Leather Goods team in moving merchandise between stores for exotic caravans.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Merchandising internship or a Fashion Merchandising degree.
2. 1-3 years of merchandising or sales internship experience required.
3. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.
4. Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

1. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of overall business operations.
2. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and other software packages for creating reports and analytics.
3. Passion and sensibility for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability for independent and creative problem-solving.
6. Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask.
7. Proficiency in retail math.

1-3 years of merchandising or sales internship experience required. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Merchandising internship or a Fashion Merchandising degree. Open to MBA students pursuing Fashion Merchandising.

The position offers compensation at $20 hourly, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
