1. Participate in buying sessions in Paris, ensuring alignment with the maison's strategic vision.
2. Implement effective and structured buying strategies, ensuring optimal product allocation by store.
3. Collaborate with local and HQ functions such as Supply Chain, Retail, VM, Ecom, Clienteling, and PR to maximize category sales.
4. Monitor KPIs and set actions to achieve sales targets and seasonal sell-through.
5. Conduct product knowledge training for stores to enhance sales performance.
6. Identify business opportunities for category growth and propose strategic actions.
7. Provide qualitative feedback and analysis to HQ, based on close store interactions.
8. Conduct regular market research on competition to inform HQ of market dynamics.
9. Manage and develop the Merchandising Assistant, fostering a collaborative and open-minded team environment.

1. Experience in buying within a luxury fashion brand with managerial responsibilities.
2. Strong passion and loyalty to the brand.
3. Fluency in both Japanese and English.

5. Ability to travel.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in buying within the luxury fashion industry, with managerial responsibilities.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
