1. Define and implement merchandising strategies for RTW & Shoes categories in alignment with brand vision and financial objectives.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the RTW & Shoes sectors.
3. Collaborate with design, production, marketing, and sales teams to develop cohesive product lines.
4. Supervise and provide leadership to the Merchandising Manager, RTW.
5. Manage category performance through sales data analysis and inventory monitoring.
6. Foster relationships with key retail partners to enhance product placement and visibility.
7. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistent product presentation.
8. Work closely with the Vice President of Merchandising on range planning activities.
9. Drive innovation within the product assortment by staying ahead of industry advancements.
10. Prepare and analyze sales reports and propose purchasing plans based on sales history.
11. Complete the order process and ensure timely execution according to the buying schedule.
12. Monitor sales performance and propose action plans as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. At least 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in luxury fashion, focusing on RTW and Shoes.
3. Proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
4. Minimum 4 years of North American market retail buying experience.

Minimum 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in a luxury fashion environment, with a focus on RTW and Shoes. Direct report management experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $170,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
