1. Manage the Outlet business by controlling inventory, monitoring replenishments, and overseeing sales activity across all categories including Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Costume Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, Belts, and Sunglasses. Prepare weekly reports and conduct monthly business reviews with headquarters.
2. Support the Haute Parfumerie business by preparing for new launches, managing replenishments, and compiling sales weekly reports. Maintain regular communication with headquarters.
3. Conduct regular competitor benchmarks, including price mappings, new launches, retail projects, and capsules in Japan.
4. Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by the Merchandising Director and top management.

1. Business School graduate preferred

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Strategic planning and analytical skills
3. Clear and effective communication skills
4. Ability to drive strategy
5. Creative and motivated team player with personal initiative

At least 1 year of experience in retail-related activities is preferred. A background in the luxury goods industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Business School graduate preferred
