1. Conduct weekly performance reports and track key indicators.
2. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
3. Prepare monthly meetings with regional teams.
4. Monitor competitive landscape, focusing on new product launches and seasonal themes.
5. Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses.
6. Manage data, update product information, and prepare collection tracking tools.
7. Participate in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail or Collection Merchandising is appreciated.

2. Spontaneity, kindness, and curiosity.
3. Ability to foster a collaborative and energetic team dynamic.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Fluency in English.

Entry-level experience, ideally with a previous internship in merchandising.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business or equivalent.
