1. Conduct weekly performance reporting, analyzing key metrics across regions and products.
2. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
3. Prepare monthly meetings with regional teams.
4. Monitor competitive landscape, tracking new product launches and seasonal themes of key competitors.
5. Perform ad-hoc studies and analyses, including pricing strategies and product positioning.
6. Manage data, updating product information and tracking collection tools.
7. Prepare and participate in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail or Collection Merchandising is preferred.

1. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong attention to detail and rigor.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and energetically within a team.
5. Keen interest in the fashion industry.

Entry-level position suitable for students with some internship experience in merchandising.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
