1. Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis by region and product, tracking key performance indicators.
2. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, and follow up on action plans.
3. Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings with regional teams.
4. Perform competitive analysis, monitoring new product launches and seasonal themes of key competitors.
5. Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses, including price positioning and market trends.
6. Manage data, update product information, and create collection tracking tools.
7. Prepare and participate in buying sessions with Merchandisers during Showrooms.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university education.
2. Previous internship experience in Retail Merchandising or Collection Merchandising is appreciated.

2. Spontaneity, kindness, and curiosity.
3. Ability to foster a collaborative and energetic team dynamic.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Fluency in English.

Entry-level experience is suitable, with a preference for candidates who have completed a prior internship in merchandising.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
