1. Monitor stock levels of materials and components at manufacturers and the warehouse in Italy.
2. Communicate inventory requests to various partners.
3. Manage inventory returns and update the ERP system (ORLIWEB).
4. Maintain a reference library of materials and components for finished product manufacturers.
5. Collect and update material masters weekly in collaboration with the Material Development team.
6. Update fabric books, internal documents, and support materials.
7. Assist in launching material and component supplies for prototypes in collaboration with production managers.
8. Update confirmed order prices in the PLM system (CELINK).
9. Verify and validate raw material invoices.
10. Organize fabric archiving at the end of each season.

1. Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
3. Teamwork and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

Prior experience in purchasing through internships or apprenticeships is preferred.

Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
