1. Develop and design color ranges for men's and women's leather goods collections in alignment with the Artistic Director's vision.
2. Create and manage color masters, ensuring all necessary information is included.
3. Conduct in-depth iconographic research and vintage sourcing to identify emerging trends and new color harmonies.
4. Translate seasonal themes into innovative and relevant color palettes.
5. Propose exclusive artwork ideas based on collection mood and technical constraints.
6. Develop artwork with appropriate suppliers using the correct techniques.
7. Coordinate material developments from creation to production validation, including textiles, coated canvas, embroidery, weaving, and leather.
8. Engage in the Leftover project to integrate dormant stock materials into new collections.
9. Manage the budget for color and material developments and validate supplier invoices.
10. Maintain rigorous tracking of development schedules and communicate key dates proactively.
11. Oversee the physical and digital archiving of materials and colors for each season.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a leather goods or footwear department in sourcing or similar roles.
2. Strong fashion sensitivity and understanding of the creative process.
3. Knowledge of product and material manufacturing stages.

Design or Leather Engineering degree.
