Celine Materials and Colors Designer

- Develop and design color ranges for men's and women's leather goods collections in alignment with the Artistic Director's vision.
- Create and manage color masters, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Conduct in-depth iconographic research and vintage sourcing to identify emerging trends and new color harmonies.
- Translate seasonal themes into innovative and relevant color palettes.
- Propose exclusive artwork ideas based on collection mood and technical constraints.
- Develop artwork with appropriate suppliers using the correct techniques.
- Coordinate material developments from creation to production validation, including textiles, coated canvas, embroidery, weaving, and leather.
- Engage in the Leftover project to integrate dormant stock materials into new collections.
- Manage the budget for color and material developments and validate supplier invoices.
- Maintain rigorous tracking of development schedules and communicate key dates proactively.
- Oversee the physical and digital archiving of materials and colors for each season.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leather goods or footwear department in sourcing or similar roles.
- Strong fashion sensitivity and understanding of the creative process.
- Knowledge of product and material manufacturing stages.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Design or Leather Engineering degree.
