1. Assist various departments within CELINE's Legal Directorate with daily legal requests and operational advice in an international context.
2. Conduct legal research and monitoring in areas such as real estate, IT, personal data, distribution, consumer protection, and competition.
3. Aid in drafting and reviewing various contracts in both French and English, and participate in negotiations when necessary.
4. Contribute to the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases globally, including document preparation and legal analysis.
5. Draft notes and consultations for operational teams.
6. Maintain and update the contract management tool.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Private Law or Business Law, ideally with international experience or an LLM.

1. Strong organizational skills and teamwork capabilities.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high sense of confidentiality.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

A previous six-month internship in a legal department or law firm is appreciated.

Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law.
