1. Collaborate with legal teams in Business, Real Estate, and IT/Digital/Data sectors within an international context.
2. Draft and review various legal documents in both French and English, and participate in negotiations when necessary.
3. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
4. Maintain and update the contract management tool.
5. Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes globally, including document preparation and legal analysis.
6. Perform legal monitoring and contribute to the creation of a monthly newsletter.

1. Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law, ideally supplemented by an LLM.
2. Passing the entrance exam to the French Bar School (CRFPA) is a plus.

1. Dynamic and organized with strong teamwork capabilities.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously with initiative and analytical thinking.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.

A minimum of six consecutive months of internship or an apprenticeship within a legal department or law firm, either in France or abroad.

Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law
