1. Assist product developers in daily tasks across various collections.
2. Codify product launches in the PLM system, ensuring accuracy of product information.
3. Maintain daily communication with stakeholders including studios, materials team, manufacturers, and production departments.
4. Update tools essential for collection development, such as launch files, sketch files, and component/material binders.
5. Prepare for meetings by organizing research racks/material stocks and procuring necessary supplies.
6. Track shipments and receipts related to collection development.
7. Support administrative follow-up tasks.
8. Conduct studies and benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, IFM, or an equivalent university program.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Product sensitivity is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

A preliminary internship experience in development is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5).
