1. Assist product developers daily across various collections.
2. Input and manage product launch data in Clip (PLM) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Maintain daily communication with internal stakeholders including studios, materials teams, manufacturers, and production departments.
4. Update essential development tools such as launch dossiers, sketch files, and material/component binders.
5. Organize and prepare for meetings by arranging research racks, managing material stocks, and procuring necessary supplies.
6. Track and manage shipments and receipts related to collection development.
7. Provide administrative support as needed.
8. Conduct studies and benchmarks.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School, IFM, or equivalent university program.

1. Strong organizational and rigorous approach to tasks.
2. Adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills in a proactive environment.
3. Product sensitivity is a significant advantage.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

A preliminary internship experience in development is appreciated.

Master's degree in progress (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
