1. Assist product developers daily across various collections.
2. Codify product launches in PLM and ensure accurate product information.
3. Maintain daily communication with stakeholders including studios, materials team, manufacturers, production, and other headquarters departments.
4. Update tools essential for collection development, such as launch files, sketch files, and component/material binders.
5. Prepare for meetings by organizing research racks/material stocks and requesting necessary supplies.
6. Monitor shipments and receipts related to collection development.
7. Support administrative follow-up.
8. Conduct studies and benchmarking.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program at a Business School, IFM, or equivalent university.
2. Previous internship experience in development is appreciated.

1. Recognized for rigor and organizational skills.
2. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
3. Product sensitivity is a major asset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Beginner level experience, with a preference for those with prior internship exposure in development.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in a relevant field.
