1. Assist product developers daily across various collections.
2. Input and manage product information in Clip (PLM) for product launches.
3. Maintain daily communication with studios, material teams, manufacturers, production, and other departments at headquarters.
4. Update development tools such as launch dossiers, sketch files, and component/material binders.
5. Prepare for meetings by organizing research racks/material stocks and requesting necessary supplies.
6. Track shipments and receipts related to collection development.
7. Support administrative follow-up tasks.
8. Conduct studies and benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School, IFM, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous internship experience in development is appreciated.

1. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
2. Adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Product sensitivity is a significant asset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

No prior professional experience required, though previous internship experience in development is appreciated.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
