1. Assist in organizing Learning & Development seminars, including registration, logistics, and attendance tracking.
2. Ensure comprehensive follow-up on training files, including quotes, programs, agreements, and invoicing.
3. Develop activity reports and analyze development actions for impact and improvement.
4. Propose digital tools to enhance the quality of Learning & Development initiatives.
5. Collaborate with external partners for learning pathways, such as training organizations and OPCOs.
6. Maintain continuous client relations to ensure service quality.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business School.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
3. Initiative and proactive problem-solving.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal for individuals with beginner-level experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business School.
