- Assist in organizing Learning & Development seminars, including registration, logistics, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure comprehensive follow-up on training files, including quotes, programs, agreements, and invoicing.
- Develop activity reports and analyze development actions for impact and improvement.
- Propose digital tools to enhance the quality of Learning & Development initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners for learning pathways, such as training organizations and OPCOs.
- Maintain continuous client relations to ensure service quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business School.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
- Initiative and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal for individuals with beginner-level experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business School.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work in Paris.
