1. Support the organization of training sessions and integration seminars, including registration, logistical arrangements, and attendance tracking.
2. Ensure the management of training documentation, including quotes, programs, agreements, and billing.
3. Develop and analyze activity reports, such as annual reports and evaluations of development actions.
4. Propose digital tools to enhance the quality of Learning & Development initiatives.
5. Collaborate with external partners for the development of learning pathways.
6. Maintain continuous client relationships to ensure high-quality service.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business School

1. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and organizational skills
2. Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
3. Initiative and teamwork abilities
4. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
