- Draft, negotiate, and manage letters of intent, promises, transfers, amendments, renewals, evictions, and terminations related to various occupancy agreements for retail, offices, and warehouses.
- Negotiate, draft, and oversee contracts related to architecture, project management, general contracting, and millworkers; participate in insurance setup and claims management.
- Assist in preparing condominium general assemblies, liaise with property managers, and engage with co-owners.
- Organize and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales.
- Negotiate, draft, and manage logistics, maintenance, security, and consultancy contracts related to real estate.
- Update contract management tools, monitor contractual deadlines, and develop standard contracts and templates.
- Provide operational support through drafting opinions, recommendations, training, and project support.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation related to real estate and commercial property management.
- Master's degree in Real Estate Law or Business Law with a specialization in Real Estate Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
- Technical expertise in construction law and urban planning.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong reactivity, rigor, and priority management skills.
- High sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
- Versatility, curiosity, dynamism, and adaptability.
- Team spirit, pedagogical skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate environment is required.
Master's degree in Real Estate Law or Business Law with a specialization in Real Estate Law.
