- Analyze sketches and studio intentions to anticipate technical constraints related to jersey materials.
- Develop and update detailed technical sheets, including assembly specifics, finishes, and placements in PLM.
- Ensure prototype development: fittings, adjustments, alterations, and volume validation.
- Maintain coherence between style and technical feasibility while adhering to the Maison's quality standards.
- Propose innovative solutions to meet creative needs, such as exclusive developments, hand finishes, and texture effects.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, fabric and supply teams, production, designers, and factories throughout the collection process.
- Collaborate with internal and external workshops.
- Monitor prototype and counter-type launches with factories.
- Control product conformity: cutting quality, hand, drape, finishes, and colors.
- Maintain constant dialogue with manufacturers to find optimal technical and aesthetic solutions.
- Ensure adherence to collection and production schedules.
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks and suggest adjustments.
- Actively participate in fitting sessions and validation meetings with the studio.
- Prepare and update daily tools necessary for successful collection development (Collection Overview, sketch recaps, boards, material sheets, material cards).
- Ensure traceability and consistency of information (PLM, nomenclatures, tracking sheets).
- Monitor collection expenses to align with the budget.
- In-depth knowledge of assembly processes, finishes, and specific enhancements.
- High quality standards and an appreciation for 'beautiful products'.
- Strong fashion culture and artistic sensitivity, capable of interpreting studio requirements with precision.
- Fluent and constructive communication with various stakeholders (studio, modeling, production, workshops).
- Responsiveness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in office tools and PLM.
