1. Analyze sketches and studio intentions to anticipate technical constraints related to jersey materials.
2. Develop and update detailed technical sheets, including assembly specifics, finishes, and placements in PLM.
3. Oversee prototype development: fittings, adjustments, alterations, and volume validation.
4. Ensure alignment between style and technical feasibility while adhering to the Maison's quality standards.
5. Propose innovative solutions to meet creative needs, including exclusive developments, hand finishes, and texture effects.
6. Facilitate communication between development teams, fabric and supply teams, production, designers, and factories throughout the collection process.
7. Collaborate with internal and external workshops.
8. Monitor prototype and counter-sample launches with factories.
9. Control product conformity: cut quality, hand feel, drape, finishes, colors.
10. Maintain constant dialogue with manufacturers to find optimal technical and aesthetic solutions.
11. Ensure adherence to collection and production schedules.
12. Anticipate potential bottlenecks and propose adjustments.
13. Actively participate in fitting sessions and validation meetings with the studio.
14. Prepare and update tools necessary for the successful development of the collection, such as Collection Overview, sketch recaps, boards, material sheets, and material cards.
15. Guarantee the traceability and consistency of information (PLM, nomenclatures, tracking sheets).
16. Monitor collection expenses to align with the budget.
