1. Monitor material and component stock levels at manufacturers and the warehouse in Italy.
2. Communicate inventory requests to various partners.
3. Manage inventory returns and update the ERP system (ORLIWEB).
4. Maintain the reference library of materials and components by compiling master binders for finished product manufacturers.
5. Collect master samples weekly from the Material Development team and update according to seasonal offerings.
6. Update fabric books, internal documents, and support materials.
7. Assist in launching material and component procurement for prototypes in collaboration with production managers.
8. Update confirmed order prices in the PLM system (CELINK).
9. Verify and validate raw material invoices.
10. Organize fabric archiving at the end of each season.

1. Pursuing or completed studies in engineering, business, or equivalent fields.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
3. Teamwork and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is advantageous.

A preliminary experience in purchasing, such as an internship or apprenticeship, is preferred.

Pursuing or completed studies in engineering, business, or equivalent fields.
