1. Assist in the management and resolution of transport disputes.
2. Contribute to the preparation of delivery proof dossiers for accounting purposes.
3. Support the ADV teams in monitoring the transport plan.
4. Handle ad-hoc transport requests including Press, Express, and VIC.
5. Monitor and control transport backlog in collaboration with the Data Analyst.
6. Coordinate with logistics teams and carriers to address transport backlog issues.
7. Provide visibility to other departments regarding their shipments.
8. Participate in enhancing the delivery tracking process in Europe with the Data Analyst.
9. Contribute to projects aimed at improving Express transport performance.
10. Assist the Manager in refining current procedures.

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in transport or international trade.
2. Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.

2. Agility and adaptability to manage both short-term operations and long-term organizational development.
3. Strong communication skills and team spirit.
4. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a degree from BAC+2 to BAC+5 in transport or international trade.
